Airline reservations should be made to arrive at the Louis
Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY).
Attendees are responsible for their own transportation
between the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International

A cab ride costs approximately $28.00 from the airport to
the Astor Crowne Plaza Hotel for one or two people and $12.00
(per passenger) for three or more passengers. Pick-up is on
the lower level, outside the baggage claim area. There may
be an additional charge for extra baggage.

Crowne Plaza Hotel for $13.00 per person, one-way or $26.00 per
person, round-trip. Three

during Wednesday evening's Open Night.
Family & Friends
If your family and/or friends will be joining you in New
Orleans and are at least 21, they are invited to attend all
conference sessions, meals and evening events as well.
Each participant must register so adequate preparations can
be made to accommodate everyone.
Presentations
All presentations will be made available after the
conclusion of the event. You will receive an email
post-conference with a link to the conference survey, photos
and presentations.
